Katharine Bowdoin Barthelme specializes in Post War and Contemporary Art. She holds a MA Degree from Sotheby's Institute of Art, London and a BA from Santa Fe University of Art and Design, majoring in Art History with a minor in Photography.
With 10 years of experience working with artists, art advisors, collectors, and commercial galleries in Houston, Los Angeles, New York and London, Katharine is committed to developing personalized relationships with clients, and providing a fun, educational experience. Participating and attending a variety of art fairs such as Art Basel Miami Beach, Armory, Independent, the ADAA, she regularly visits galleries and museums worldwide, paying particular attention to emerging and mid career artists. Katharine is also the Arts Editor of Gulf Coast: A Journal of Literature and Fine Arts, and serves on Menil Society's Steering Committee, as well as, the Advisory Board of Inprint.
